The Stone Techno Festival is organized by Third Room and Achim Reisdorf from the Ruhr Museum.
The music is based on samples generated in the geological collection of the Ruhr Museum.
The festivals are recorded for ARTE concert and since 2023 accompanied by a science area.
In 2026 we presented again our research at the festival,
but also at the new Stone Techno Symposium, that we also co-organized.
2025, we participated again in the Stone Techno Festival.
In this year, redox research rheinland was supported by members of the GRK2578.
2024, our second year at the Stone Techno Festival.
In 2023, the redox research rheinland network participated for the first time in the
Stone Techno Festival
explaining interested attendees the importance of minerals inside cells.
